OWB Maker's Choice Holster
The Maker's Choice - Outside the Waist Band Leather Holster
The OWB Maker’s Choice holster is our most popular and most all around useful holster. It is not just good for open carry or work around the farm, but is designed to be used as a conceal carry holster as well.
Our Holsters are Lined! Like all our leather holsters, the Maker’s Choice is lined/laminated with vegetable tanned cowhide. This makes it sturdier and increases the lifetime of the holster 3 times or more then an unlined non-laminated holster.
We hand mold our holsters! Each holster is hand molded using the exact pistol or a replica to ensure that perfect fit.
We double stitch! We double stitch each holster with polyester thread. What is double stitch? Well that is were we run the thread down the same hole twice, using twice as much thread, and make it even more durable.
The Stiffener! We install a stiffener/reinforcement piece of leather on each of our holsters. This serves as extra reinforcement to keep the mouth of the holster open when you draw your pistol and re-holster.
Cant/Angle: Each one of our holsters comes with a 15 degree cant. This is our standard cant we make them with. We can also do 0 degree cant and 7 degree as well.
Color and finish: We can do many different colors. Please take a look at our page (Click Here) on colors.
Optics: We can make most holsters fit a pistol with an optic.
Artwork: We can hand carve custom artwork on your holster, as well as add basket weave to the sides.
Exotic Inlays: We can inlay exotic hides such as elephant, shark, Louisiana Alligator, Ostrich, and more into your stiffener for that had touch and texture your looking for.
Full Front Exotic Front: We can make any of our holsters a full front extra. Meaning the whole front of the holster is covers with Elephant, Shark, Alligator, etc.
